The YOVEDA Healthy Team Routine is a monthly plan with two 15 minutes yoga sessions per week and one 15 minute stress management training per month. The sessions are all LIVE with me and firmly integrated into your teams weekly work schedule.

All short yoga sessions and the stress management group coachings will be LIVE online via zoom so your team can participate from everywhere in the world.
The sessions will be added into your teams calendar as regular recurring meetings to enable simple and quick integration into your company´s everyday working life.
