The Initial Coaching Session is a 90-minute private consultation designed to create clarity, awareness and a strong foundation for your individual Ayurveda journey.
Together, we take a holistic look at your current health, lifestyle and personal challenges — exploring patterns in nutrition, digestion, sleep, movement, stress levels and emotional well-being.
Using traditional Ayurvedic principles, we identify your Dosha constitution (Prakriti) and your current state of imbalance (Vikriti).This allows us to understand why certain symptoms or patterns are present — not just how to manage them.
To gain deeper insight beyond the session, you will be gently guided through a 7-day self-observation practice, helping you recognize what truly supports — or drains — your energy in everyday life.
This session is ideal if you want to:

In your Follow-Up Coaching Session, all insights come together. Based on your Dosha analysis, health history and reflections from the 7-day awareness practice, you will receive highly personalized recommendations designed to restore balance and support your well-being holistically.
Building on your health history, your Dosha type and your personal goals, you will receive tailored lifestyle and nutrition recommendations designed to restore balance and supporting your well-being holistically – from the inside out and across all areas of life.
This session focuses on integration and practical application, translating Ayurvedic knowledge into realistic, nourishing daily habits that fit your life.

Sinah Maria Steiner is a certified Ayurveda Health & Nutrition Coach, Health Psychologist and Yoga Teacher (300+ hrs RYT, Yoga Alliance), with over ten years of experience supporting women’s health.
Her work focuses on female hormonal balance and holistic recovery, combining scientific understanding, traditional Ayurvedic wisdom and compassionate, individualized care.
Informed by both professional expertise and personal experience in supporting Endometriosis-related symptoms through Ayurvedic principles, her approach reflects a nuanced understanding of complex female health challenges — allowing for results-oriented and highly tailored support.

Private Yoga Class
A one-on-one yoga session in which I dedicate myself entirely to your individual needs. I will support you, adjust your postures, correct your alignment and give tips for your personal practice.
All my Yoga Classes aim for the balance of body, mind and soul and therefore include, Therapeutical Yoga Postures, principals of the science of Ayurveda, Meditation as well as Breathing Exercises.
- For beginners I place great emphasis on correct alignment in the asanas and on cultivating healthy breathing habits.
- With regular practice you can choose between Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Ayurveda Yoga and (Somatic) Yin Yoga to deepen your practice, refine advanced postures, explore breathing techniques, and develop advanced meditation skills.

The Power of Ayurveda
Ayurveda is the ancient Indian health teaching that has been practised in India for about 3000 years until today. It is the oldest medical teaching in the world, from which all other health teachings, such as TCM and our conventional medicine, have sprung.
