1.Initial Coaching

In the initial ayurvedic health and nutrition coaching we will determine your ayurvedic Dosha-Type. We will review previous illnesses and surgeries, current ailments and life circumstances and take a closer look on your diet, consumption of medicines, supplements and superfoods. In order to get a holistic and represantative overview, you will be guided towards seven days of intensive self-study on your current nutrition, sleeping pattern, exercise and possible stress factors.

The initial consultation includes:

  • Creating a holistic overview of your health history: Review on past ailments, operations and medical history
  • What is Ayurveda and how can it help you?
  • Introduction of the YOVEDA approach

2.Follow-up Coaching

In the follow-up coaching, we discuss the insights of your 7-Day self-study and the results of your dosha-type analysis. Based on your health history, your individual ayurvedic dosha-type constitution, potential disbalances with possible symptoms and your own personal health goal, you will receive individual recommendations for a healthy

Reflection on your own health and ailment history and acquire the right knowledge are a great start, but that is not enough.   • create awareness of how to live in tune with your natural balance & dosha-type

The YOVEDA Holistic Health Coaching Program combines the latest nutrition science with the powerful and holistic approach of the science of Ayurveda and Yoga. Private Yoga Class

A one-on-one yoga session in which I dedicate myself entirely to your individual needs. I will support you, adjust your postures, correct your alignment and give tips for your personal practice.
All my Yoga Classes aim for the balance of body, mind and soul and therefore include, Therapeutical Yoga Postures, principals of the science of Ayurveda, Meditation as well as Breathing Exercises.

  • For beginners, I focus on the ergonomically correct execution of the asanas and correct breathing.
  • With a regular practice: You may choose between the styles Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin to deepen your practice and improve advanced yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation.

The Power of Ayurveda

Ayurveda is the ancient Indian health teaching that has been practised in India for about 3000 years until today. It is the oldest medical teaching in the world, from which all other health teachings, such as TCM and our conventional medicine, have sprung.
